I was able to claim the 200 stars but, then it went to -200. I hope someone is able to get ahold of Starbucks to see why they took them away.

Customer service will put the stars back of you call. Currently an hour wait….
But you can leave your number for call back. They were very nice about it. They should stay for 6 mo before expiring

Starbucks removed my 200 free stars also. Some of my friends who got the free 200 stars and claimed them for a drink are now showing a negative stars (-200). Bad move on Starbucks part IMO to reverse this after showing a message on screen indicating we were qualified for it when visiting the link…
Hello Angel! Some readers have reported that they were able to get back the stars that were taken away from them by calling customer service. I suggest that you try doing the same, and hopefully, you can also get back the 200 stars. Let us know how it goes!
My stars never showed up but seeing how everyone has issues I’m glad they didn’t load.
I got mine taken away and called today and they were able to manually put them in my account . It’s a long wait time (I waited over 30 min on the phone ) but they were able to do it for me ☺️

Starbucks said it was a glitch in their system. They also took mine as well. For those that did use theirs they are taking the stars back out of your account.
here’s showing that took my 200 Stars. I called Customer Support Services and got them back
I just called Starbucks support customer care line and spoke to a gentleman there and he was actually able to go into my account and put the 2. Hundred stars back into my account and said that they should be available shortly. My suggestion to everyone that this is happened to is to call. The starbucks support customer service line and report this and see if they can do the same thing for you also
