I experienced a similar situation but did receive my email. Being that the email stated I would receive my card through mail I was waiting for my card. I then called Sam’s club customer service after one month. I then was told I did show up in there system to just come in and pick up my card. All I gave was my first and last name. Maybe try calling to see if you come up in there system. Hope this helps.

No sure is these are a scam. I ordered mine back in April. I never received my card and paid for my year subscription. I was told I would receive it by mail. Never got anything.

Also, have you tried checking your “junk” or “spam” folders? In case their email may have been sent there by mistake. I suggest you contact their customer service about it, too. Hello there! Not sure what happened exactly. Did you receive the voucher in the email from Sam’s Club? If not, did you try checking the spam or junk folder? The process after you receive the activation voucher goes like this: After you receive the voucher you should head to your nearest club, go to Member Services and give them the number in your email. They will print out a receipt that has your membership barcode and ask you to download the Sam’s Club app. Your membership card is digital. Note that this offer is only valid for new Sam’s Club members. Hope this helps!
