Hey Sherry, Are you able to log in? It took an act of God and several (at least 4 or 5) screens confirming I wanted to cancel but eventually it got me off the hook for the subscription and even sent a confirmation email once the subscription was cancelled. I think I remember them having a phone number to call but if that doesn’t work perhaps you can send an email requesting the cancel and if they donât honor it let them know youâll contact your payment company to process a “charge back” since the merchat wont work with you. Hopefully a credit card was used instead of a debit card.

After sending a few emails back and forth with Janine in customer service they refused to help. They said the system automatically determines if one is a repeat customer based on address and while they have the ability to double check the criteria AFTER someone places an order and pays full price to see if a refund is then warranted, she was not willing to check the same system before hand / before an order was placed. So obviously it can be checked but she simply refused to do it before hand. No worries. While this would have been a great book to add to my 5 month old son’s collection the invaluable experience of unhelpful customer service if an issue were to arise, means a lot more to me. Hopefully no one else has issues but wanted to share incase anyone does.
