Amazon launched the Amazon’s Career Choice initiative in January 2022. Additionally, the program supports employees in completing high school, obtaining GEDs, and acquiring ESL certifications. Employees can also participate in Amazon’s internal training program to receive technical education and certifications directly on-site.

2. Walmart & Sam’s Club

Walmart, including Sam’s Club, has established itself as one of the leading companies offering college payment assistance through its Live Better U program.
