Johnson Health Tech is recalling the Bowflex SelectTech 552 and 1090 Adjustable Dumbbell models, as reported by the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission. The recall addresses a serious concern – weight plates may detach from the handle during use, posing a safety hazard. So far, 111 incidents have been reported.
If you own one of the affected models, you can request a voucher refund and a 1-year JRNY digital fitness membership. For refund requests, call Johnson Health Tech Trading via 800-209-3539 (Monday – Friday, from 8 AM – 7 PM CT), email recall@bowflex.com, or submit a request here.
