So mine did not work after I purchased and the seller did not respond and Groupon wants âproof.â So basically I wasted my money and have nothing in return
Oh no! But this was advertised on their website at that time. Do you happen to have an email from them confirming your purchase? Maybe you can show that to them.
Be careful doing this through Groupon. The seller is great and tried to help me resolve the installation, but they couldnât and Microsoft couldnât help with the Mac version so the seller processed a refund through Groupon but Groupon did. Not refund me. I also bought a pc version I never attempted since Mac didnât work and Groupon doesnât respond so if you do this donât do it through Groupon try the seller by themselves they are helpful and honorable

Hey! This deal was for the Office 2019 Windows License. You would need a license to install and use Microsoft apps on your computer. This license includes classic Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook versions. The Windows version also includes Publisher 2019, Access 2019, Project 2019, and Visio 2019.

Both sites are legit and trustworthy. The only difference is this deal at Groupon is only for Windows while the other at Launching Deals is compatible with both Windows and Mac.

I purchased the Microsoft Office but it posted to my credit card for $19.99 rather than $17.99 as shown in the cart. Frustrating!
