Hmm, I’m not entirely sure why it isn’t showing in your account. One thing I can think of tho is that it’s possible that the app offer is available for select members only. Have you tried placing an online order and using the code 5OFF instead?

So fyi- I went into a location on Friday and they were completely sold out of the strawberry donuts from the offer, BUT I asked if there was any dozen that they would allow to substitute it for and they did: glazed dozen. Just in case you go to your store and they are sold out, they may still let you use the offer on a dozen glazed instead! š¤
