To snag this deal, login to Krispy Kreme app and choose the offer in the rewards tab. If you’re ordering online, choose your dozen doughnuts and apply the offer in the cart. For in-store redemption, scan the barcode in the app or provide the account phone number.

Hi there! For in-store purchases, you should see the same offer with a barcode from their app that you would present at the counter. Hope that explains it!
