How to Make Halloween Balloons
After you’ve blown up a bunch of balloons, draw some spooky faces on them. Then choose where you’d like to place them in your house. In our case, a railing seemed perfect. Next, put a piece of tape on the wall and attach a balloon to it, making sure to also tape it down to the railing so it stays down. Then keep adding balloons down the line, making sure to tape them down and to each other until you’ve placed the final one. That’s all there is to it!
