Hello there! It generally takes up to 10 business days to receive your reward. If you didn’t get yours within that time frame, I suggest you contact their customer service about it – they are usually helpful. Hope that helps!
How long after earning the 10 kicks are you awarded the gift card?

I know that doesnât really make sense but what I mean is, if I use a different promo code will I still get the 1250 kicks? That may sound stupid I donât know
Hi there, this particular offer doesn’t work for existing members. So, unfortunately you would not be able to earn the 1250 kicks with your existing account. Hope that helps!
Thank you for replying but thatâs not what I meant I know I made it sound really confusing though, what I mean is I have an existing account right now and I want to sign up with a new email and if I use my existing accounts promo code on my new account will my new account get 1250 kicks? Or will I have to using the promo code that you had âFVFâ to get the 1250 kicks? Hopefully that makes more sense
