I ordered it around the 3rd and they didnât update me until yesterday. Texted me saying I âtoggledâ off the shipping address? I have a screenshot from the order and it shows I put my address to the fullest. Tried to get me to order a new one đ

I got it during the glitch, but received an email today (1/17) telling me I have to pay the shipping if I want the order to be processed. So even though it was their mistake or glitch, they are honoring it.
What a joke (this company is)! They offered something free then send several emails you have to confirm and then they sent me one today saying I had to go back and pay shipping after I ordered. Wow!
