I’m really sorry to hear about your experience Irma. From my experience, I usually don’t expect any freebies to arrive until at least 4-6 weeks from the day I ordered. I’d give it a bit more time. Also, please note that these freebie offers tend to be pretty popular so in cases where you experience trouble accessing the site, it’s most probably because of the high traffic. I would suggest giving it a few more tries within the day, when you can. Checking it through a different browser usually helps too.
