Thanks for testing it. It still does not work for me. I’m trying to start the process of getting the rebate. It just keeps taking me back to the beginning. I am also on t-mobile network. Here are screenshots. After I enter the verification code it goes back to the first screen to enter email and phone.

After I enter my email and phone number I’m sent a verification code. After I enter it I’m taken right back to the screen to enter my email and phone number. It starts the process all over again.
I just tried and it works fine for me. I tried from a Tmobile network, and I also had to enter my phone number twice. Please try the process again and let me know how it goes, okay?
