Hi there! That’s so weird. Once you go over to their site, the picture on their site and link lead to 16 & 24-pack batteries. Not sure why the terms state differently, it may be a glitch or they forgot to update them. Hi there! If you are talking about the Bonus Rewards from the batteries, they are usually issued the next day after the transaction posts. If you are wondering about the Program Rewards, those are paid out monthly as a rewards certificate, when a minimum of $3 is earned. Hope this helps!
