Anyone who purchased a CVS branded maximum strength lidocaine patch, spray products, cream, or roll-on between December 11th, 2017, and July 18th, 2023, might be eligible to benefit from a class action settlement that offers payments to Settlement Class Members who file valid claims!
After the allegations that the packaging of the defendant’s Lidocaine Products was false and deceptive, and the defendant claims against the allegations and denies that it did anything wrong, the court has not decided and instead, all parties agreed to this Settlement. Note that you need to submit your Claim Form online, or you can mail your completed paper Claim Form. The claims deadline day is November 20th, 2023. Check out all the details here!

There’s a 120 page documents with all the details but do you know if there’s a quick way to find what the individual pay out might be?
Hello David! The payout can be up to $4.50 per purchased unit of lidocaine product. The exact amount you receive will be based on the number of units of lidocaine product your purchased during the class period. Hope this helps!
Yay!
Thanks
You’re most welcome!
