If you purchased recalled lots of Cottonelle Flushable Wipes between February 7th, 2020, and December 31, 2020, you may be eligible for a Class Action Settlement. Kimberly-Clark Corporation has agreed to pay up to $13.5 million for claims arising from the sale of the recalled lots. This came after a federal judge gave preliminary approval to the Class Action Settlement.
Please note that Settlement Class Members have to submit a valid claim form by January 16th, 2024 to be eligible for payment. Also, if you provide proof of purchase, you are eligible to receive payment of up to 100%, or $5 per household if you do not provide proof of payment.
No payment have been made, and this will be done after the court officially approves the Class Action Settlement. You can file a claim here!
