I did this last week but I didn’t get any cash back because of the issues still going on in the Ralph’s app. Customer services was kind of annoying because when they asked how can they help the person ended my chat before I could say anything lol. I tried to send an email but it didn’t go through so I had to send an email through my yahoo email w/o using the app and I finally got someone to help. They ended up giving me $5 store credit. Hopefully it’s actually in my account 😆
That happened to me too with chat. They ended our session after I typed my issue. I kept trying chat and the same issue happened until the third time. How quick do they respond to emails?
