If you have a legit issue with something you bought (seemed off or bad, had a foreign unintended object ie seed shell etc.) you can email the company & they will often send you coupons in return for your feedback so they can look into it/to replace the defective product you purchased. 💁🏻‍♀️ We’ve done this when we felt it really merited it & appreciated not loosing our $ on something we couldn’t use.

The key is legitimate issue, not for self gain.

Right! We never would or have notified them with our having a legitimate issue- don’t want to abuse the system. Usually they’re happy to have the feedback & provide coupons- isn’t a sure thing but worth it to support brands you love & notify them if there is a bad batch or maybe store issue.

how did you phrase the email?

This is from one of them we’ve done- ‘Hello! I started buying your burritos because my Husband had gotten some & loved them, but this last batch we got he couldn’t eat, said they tasted & smelled off from the prior ones. Not sure what happened but sad we had to toss them. It was the chik’n fajita kind. Doesn’t expire til 7/22’
