Itâs because you redeemed the same offer on coupons and Shopmium. My account had the same message. They will reinstate your account magically in about a week or two. Just keep checking it. Mine was just reinstated.
Did you have to email them to get reinstated?
No i didnât have to email them. I just checked one day and my account was back active. They must just ground you for a week or two if you are not a repeat offender đ

i had the same message. i contacted them and they said i have done something that was against their policy. but they didt want to explain what.
The same! I tried twice and they said my account suspended, however I have an access to it again
