      It’s because you redeemed the same offer on coupons and Shopmium. My account had the same message. They will reinstate your account magically in about a week or two. Just keep checking it. Mine was just reinstated.

      i had the same message. i contacted them and they said i have done something that was against their policy. but they didt want to explain what.
