well the Easter egg hunt cost me my amazon prime account. did this happen to others and if so, were you able to get it reinstated? I sent in documents and everything but no way apparently to get my lost orders and gift card balance back even if they do reinstate the account. I was putting in those easter egg amaZon gift card codes that Tina was blasting over black friday weekend. first person to enter the code got to claim it. of course I was entering every one I found because she was going to old posts and putting them in too. no way to tell how long the code had been there and no way to tell it had been used. they saw that as fraud and yes the prime account I PAY for, ALL my pending orders AND my gift card balance which was like 50 something dollars, I lost it ALL. Tina maybe YOU should call amazon and explain
no I got the email today telling me sorry. and of course the claims had been used everyone was trying to be first and nobody was posting they won it. someone needs to do something and yes I have seen other posts,it DID happen to other people
Hi Misti! I am sorry to hear this happened to you! Nobody else has contacted us saying they had a problem with their account after Easter egg hunt. Is it possible that you tried to use already claimed Easter egg code? Unfortunately we canât do anything, only Amazon can help you with reopening your account. I suggest calling that CS number. And like nolaheart said above, it could be just an error. I hope you have your account back soon!
Did you call CS? It said I wasn’t allowed to leave reviews once bc “I violated terms of service” but I had never even left a review. When I called they said it was an error, they didn’t know why it was there. They fixed it
