I went to CVS last week and bought Nexxus Shampoo at 18.99 and a conditioner at 11.99. Paid $11.56 after my coupons: 30% off and 2 @5.00 coupons SS 11/11/22 Got $10.00 Ecb. Pd $1.56. I thought that was a good score.
Walgreens messed up my order but time. I’m very irritated
Try contacting Customer service through chat or call them. Maybe something can be done. Unless it has to do with product availability, then they can’t do anything about it. I have learned to allow substitutions in this case and write my notes exactly how I want it to be substituted. Don’t know what happened to your order though. Hopefully you can figure it out 🙏🏻
I did 2 orders. The first order had 1/3 items out of stock. My second order was all ready to be picked up. I returned the nexxus from my first pick up and they somehow returned it from my SECOND pickup I hadn’t even gotten yet, so less $ was returned to me than what I was owed and it messed up the $15 in wgc for me. I sent them an email bc wtf
I see what you mean. Sorry it happened to you. I emailed them one time and never got response. I would suggest chatting online with them or calling.
Have you had success with live chat or calling? I hate calling customer service and waiting on hold
Actually, I did live chat three times now, and they were able to solve my issues. I hate calling too. You will probably wait for chat to start too. Sometimes they refuse to help, but I just try again with different person, and it works.
That’s annoying when that happens. I’ve also called Customer Service and they were able to help me. I placed an order and I needed to buy two items in order to get WALGREENS Cash Reward. One of the items turned out wasn’t in stock and I had used coupons on both items. But I found the two items at another store. But now I’ve lost the two coupons I used for the first order. I called Customer Service and they gave me credit for the coupons but the credit would only be valid for 24 hours. I could pick up the items that were in stock at the other store and still get Walgreens Cash Reward for buying the two items. It all worked out at the end.

Yes, I saw that too. I was wondering if it is because I already bought it and that is why it went up. Looks like it is not the case.
Walgreens figured it out is free 🤣and they mark the price up. I missed the deal. Bummer
I have learned my lesson. When they post prices like that on Sunday, if it comes out free and I need it or want it, just do it early in the day because by the evening or next day it disappears. It is still a good price, not free though 😊
