Yay! They are much better now with giving cash back. I still remember their old responses couple of years ago. Some of the responses were just dry and sometimes rude.
Maybe it depends on whoās responding? I havenāt gotten a response on my husbands account yet, so Iām not holding my breath yet lol

No, it was constantly bad in the beginning. I remember not wanting to submit any tickets anymore, so I stopped for a while until recently. Was surprised how the response changed. I think they use computer bots to respond, and the more AI is trained over time, the more it improves.

I didnāt buy it, I just did a sku review but I found out they do actually sell 3oz but none of my store carries it. ā¹ļø
