Coming on April 12th, Chuck E. Cheese is hosting again a Sensory Sensitive Sunday for World Autism Month. For the event, participating Chuck E. Cheese restaurants will open two hours early for children with autism, Sensory Processing Disorder, and other special sensory needs.
A caring, specially trained team works on Sensory Sensitive Sundays. They provide a quieter environment, dimmed lighting, and a more sensory-friendly arcade experience for sensory-sensitive children and their families for two hours, from 9 am – 11 am local. Also, 20% of their entire sales that day will be donated to Autism Speaks. The entire month of April is dedicated to Autism, and by rounding up your purchases, you will contribute even more to support their cause. Check out the list of participating stores here!
