Yes, you would need to buy at least two items to get $4 off $20. However, BOGO discount require purchase of three products but I’m not sure if the BOGO will work in this case. CVS couponing policy states that you can only use percent-off coupons on BOGO items. And I totally understand, it’s a bit confusing. Hope you score yours!

If you are talking hypothetically yes, that’s how you’ll get $19.98 (you’ll practically pay for two paper towels). However you cannot combine $4 off $20 with BOGO in this case. I don’t see $4 off $20 promotion for BABO paper towels. Hope that makes sense!
