Hi Brookee! Did you try this deal today? Unfortunately, this offer was only available on October 11th and 12th. If you tried it out during promotion periods, there’s a possibility you weren’t eligible for this offer for some reason. I’d suggest contacting Amazon Customer Service, I’m sure they’ll be able to answer your questions about this offer. Hope this helps!
I redeemed it on the day this was posted but it’s been a while and I haven’t received any promo credit even though it seemed like it worked fine at checkout and I haven’t purchased any gift cards in the past year. Not sure if anyone else is having this issue? I’ll be contacting support though.
