Oh no! Was it for this deal? It should’ve been included on the membership activation email they sent to you. Have you tried contacting them to ask? I’m sure they’d be able to help. Please keep me posted!
If I remember correctly I think the membership was $15 and then you got a $10 gift card. When we went to the store they told us that it takes 4 to 6 weeks to get the gift card but we have yet to receive it. In the instructions it made it sound like you would get an email with it after you activated your card but that wasn’t the case for me.
Ahh Yes, it’s for that particular deal I linked. And yes, the $10 gift card voucher should’ve been included on the activation email you got. I suggest reaching out to them again to ask for any update, either when you get to visit your local Sam’s Club or through any of the options here.

Hi there, once you receive the voucher via email it should have specific instructions on how to redeem the voucher code. I recommend reading the fine print on the voucher and email. If you aren’t able to find any instructions I recommend clicking the need help button on the top right corner of the web page where you purchased your voucher. Hope this helps!
