If you have received certain marketing calls from a certain DirecTV dealer, AC1, then you may be eligible to receive a cash payment. The people included in the class action settlement are those with telephone numbers that were listed in the Do-Not-Call Registry who received more than one marketing call from AC1 to promote DirecTV within any 12-month period.
Those who received calls from AC1 should be entitled to one “share” per qualifying call received for purposes of this claims process. The minimum estimated payment for each settlement class member is $324 (estimated average is over $464). Note that a proof of purchase is not required to be eligible for this settlement.
