Can this be used at shell or Kroger?
Yes, this can be used at Shell. I’m not sure about the Kroger though. The offer says “at participating locations” so I guess it depends on the offer itself. Once you download the app you’ll see participating locations. Hope this helps!

It has not worked for me at Kroger. When I spoke to customer service (about 9 months ago) they did not support the Kroger purchases. You might call customer service and see if that has changed.
