Hi, I did not get my voucher email either. I checked in both my inbox and junk and nothing was received. I called Sams club and they said I have to go in person for them to check to see if I have already been registered.

I found the email it is titled as the other email the only difference is it doesn’t have the $10 voucher on it so that is why it could be confusing. However, since I have had a Sams membership in the past is there a way to add the promo code to an existing account?
