Heads up, Sam’s Club shoppers! The stores are getting a makeover, and with that comes a major change: no more checkout lanes, not even self-checkout. Instead, you’ll need to grab your phone and use the Scan & Go feature on the Sam’s Club app.
Here’s how it works:
Scan stuffs as you shop, pay in the app, and you’re good to go. When you leave, you’ll pas through a security arch that scans your cart to make sure everything’s been paid for. It’s kind of TSA for your groceries – minus the stress! This upgrade is meant to speed things up and keep your shopping trip smooth.

I agree. A lot of older people would not know how to work scan and go or even want to learn, too overwhelming for them. Could be a decline in customers for them
