It didn’t work for me either. I’m not by a laptop to try to see if that works.
Unfortunately, these codes are notorious for not working on phone for some unknown reason. However, sometimes they don’t work in the Amazon app, but do work in phone browser. So maybe you can try that before you get to your laptop?
