The lawsuit, filed in June 2024, claimed that Poppi was exaggerating gut health benefits of their prebiotic sodas, and while the company denies any wrongdoing, it has agreed to an $8.9 million class action settlement and adjusting its future marketing.
US residents who purchased Poppi prebiotic sodas for personal use between January 23rd, 2020, and July 18th, 2025, may qualify for cash back. All flavors and package sizes of Poppi sodas qualify. Through September 26th, you can visit here and file your claim.
You can receive up to $0.75 for each single 12- or 16-ounce can, $3 per four-pack, $6 per eight-pack and $9 per 12- or 15-pack. If you don’t have a receipt you can claim up to $16, and if you provide proof of purchase, there’s no maximum limit on your claim. See more details here.
