The Walmart Toy Book Has Arrived – “America’s Best Toy Shop” (Just Posted!)

The full scan of the 48-page Walmart Toy Book 2018 is now up! Click on this link to see the full scan of the book or click on the image above. The book show cases the most popular toys this holiday season, along with roll back prices on popular toys.

The book also lists several Walmart exclusive toys. I received this book in the mail, which are likely sent to select group of shoppers. You may be able to find these books in some stores.

Some of the Black Friday deals are currently live as part of Walmart’s Pre-Black Friday Sale, such as the Play-Doh 60-pack kit for $19.99. Also the popular Paw Patrol Ultimate Fire Truck is currently on rollback for $44.44 (That’s $10.55 cheaper than what it was on Amazon and Target. Favorite Things Friday: How to Twist Open Any Jar Lid Easily & Effortlessly

I don’t know about you, but opening a brand new jar of pickles or pasta sauce has always been a pain point for me. If my husband isn’t home and I can’t get it to open, then I usually have to put the jar back. No pickles for you!

I’ve tried different techniques and anecdotal hacks to opening a jar: tapping the jar lid with a spoon, running the lid under hot water, tapping the back of the jar violently hoping to break the vacuum seal, and of course, using brute force. Sometimes I’ll do everything, until the dang jar opens. Usually it works. But sometimes it doesn’t. And I’m usually left in a sweaty mess after wrestling with a jar.

Life is too short to feel frustrated at the sight of a jar.

Enter Robo Twist! My relationship with all vacuum sealed jars has forever changed since I discovered the magical prowess of the Robo Twist. I didn’t think I could love a kitchen gadget as much as I do with this. It’s like having a boyfriend with you in the kitchen at all times, lending “his” strong arms with any jar that tickles your cravings. Big jars or little jars. Square jars or round jars! He can handle it all!

I’m embarrassed to admit that I did learn about it from an infomercial on TV late one night. And I was super skeptical (as one would with such commercials seen on TV). After some digging around, and despite some low star reviews, I ordered one on Amazon (it was cheaper than the TV offer and had free prime shipping).

The rest is history. Opening a jar now is a fun, effortless and satisfying experience that leaves me smiling… and sometimes jiggling at how easy it is. I used it last night, and it made me feel happy.

I made a quick 16-second video for ya when my “boyfriend” opened a jar of pasta sauce. You can watch it here. You can also see their TV commercial in the listing page on Amazon. I know these commercials can feel sleazy and over-promising. I feel the resistance to believe it too. But It really does work as easily as the commercial. Really.

It would also make an inexpensive and useful gift idea. Especially with the holidays just around the corner. Keep this in mind. You can get it here.

I like that I can quickly throw them over messy hair and still make me somewhat put together. lol. The large brim also acts as additional sun protection (or to keep rain off my face). Some people like expensive purses or shoes. Me? I like me a cute trucker hat… and I’m a happy girl. #cheapdate
