Earthy taste but adding your own flavoring makes it better. I also saw a big improvement in my anxiety (I also take meds for this, which wasnt a concern in mixing). I stopped because I take other meds (anti rejections) which ended up gave me problems with my sleep patern. Im guessing this is why, no proof because I researched and found nothing about it.
Overall me peace with my anxiety. First few days made me feel “weird”and didnt understand why, then it hit me. Its because my anxiety was so unnoticable after so many years, I felt “weird”. After more days and understanding why, I was in heaven until the sleep pattern disruption.
