On November 29th 2024, Krispy Kreme’s data incident was discovered – this resulted in unauthorized access to personal information, including names, dates of birth, social security numbers, and financial account access. This class action settlement affects anyone in the United States whose personal information may have been impacted.Â
If you get a notice of the data incident indicating that your private Information may have been impacted in the data incident, you are included in the settlement class. You can submit a claim here!
Anyone who’s eligible may receive:
- up to $3,500 for documented and out-of-pocket losses related to fraud or identity theft
- around $75 cash for unprovided documentation
- 12 months of credit monitoring services
Note that the claim deadline is June 22nd, 2026, and the exclusion deadline is June 6th, 2026!
