Great deal but they didn’t send my item. They are telling me I have to wait 2 extra weeks from the original purchase date.
Oh no! Did they mention why? Maybe there’s not enough stock.
I called 5 times only to have to accept, and request a refund. They would not re-ship the lost order. JCPenney apologized and wrote a note to keep the reduced price for me after I confirm the refund.
