Hey there! I’m not sure I understand what you are referring to. Can you please explain? I may be able to help.
That’s something you should take up with their customer service.
You don’t necessarily have to cancel. You could just put the membership on pause. That way you could still buy stuff from the shop while still bring a member. I recommend the Glam Bag Plus option. It’s more expensive but you get full sized items.
