worse airline ever….friends were supposed to be in Puerto Rico in two hours from Bradley Airport but took 16 hours waiting for plane to take off. They boarded the first plane, and they made everyone get off to wait the 16 hours for the next plane….really terrible.
I’m so sorry they went through that, it sounds incredibly frustrating! Did the airline offer them any compensation or help after all that?
