Be careful with Ibotta on this one. I bought the pretzel sticks at Publix, along with another item that had a $1 rebate on ibotta. The ibotta app asked me to scan both items, and that worked. The app even said that $4.69 (3.69+1.00) would be credited to my account. However, this morning I see that ibotta only credited for the $1 item. I’ve taken photos of everything and sent a support request, but what a hassle to have to do this. I wonder how many other times they’ve done this to me and I didn’t even notice.
I had same issue. I got at target for $3.49, scan the item and the app showed credit is pending. But a few hours later got an email from ibotta said couldn’t find matching offer. I have already scanned the barcode, how ibotta could said not matching offer.
