Email fetch and they’ll fix it. I had issues too 🤦‍♂️

        • LOVE-A-GOOD-DEAL :

How do you find their email address? I asked again for a correction, this time through their help desk. It’s too many hoops to jump through. They are not honest, and that’s really sad.

        LOVE-A-GOOD-DEAL :

I only received 50 points as well, and this app is a serious scam. They awarded me NO points to start, and I asked for a correction in the store, right after I photographed my receipt. The deal is on my app, they just won’t give you the correct points. Go read the reviews on their app, and people are posting that many shady things are going down. So I’ve never been able to use my Fetch points as cash, as I never earn enough to cash out. So you need to know Fetch is not honoring their deals, and this is upsetting to those of us who use this app to find deals. Yes, the candy was delicious, but for 50 points, I didn’t have the money to be spending on candy when I needed bread.

        • LOVE-A-GOOD-DEAL :

So here is the official response I got back from Fetch. They added the points to my list, but they still haven’t shown up in my running total in the top right of the screen. I don’t know enough about this app to really know what to do.

Fetch is proud to bring you top-notch offers designed specifically for you! At times, we need to make a change to an offer after its release and we understand that this can impact what you purchase.

Therefore, it’s our pleasure to add the remaining points to your account so you are credited with the original value of the offer. Please note that these points will show as an increase to your total points balance, which you can view by selecting your points, located in the upper, right-hand corner of the screen on most pages within the app. Additionally, you’ll receive an email letting you know these points were added to your account.

Hi Usha! Did you mean to say that you didn’t get the full $5 Fetch Rewards? If I understand you correctly, it’s important to keep in mind that Fetch offers can differ from one account to another. But I hope you get to score next time.
