You already created a Lowe’s account, right? And you did not receive a coupon book on your registered email. Have you tried checking the Spam and Junk folders too? Maybe it was accidentally sent in there. But if there really is none after checking, I would suggest contacting their Customer Service to ask and let them know what happened. I’m sure they’d be able to help and have a clearer answer. Please keep us posted too if you can!
