Yes, I understand that but my family and I all had it at the 1,975 points before and ours all changed now to only 925 so it probably happened with other accounts that originally had it at 1.975 as well – making it no longer free if so.

I tried for the second day in a row and it keeps saying they have seen the receipt before and to try again. Have you had this problem?
If you submitted this receipt already one time and either got points or still waiting to be approved, they are not going to accept the same receipt second time to get points again. If you never submitted this receipt and trying to submit it and they say this receipt was submitted before, contact customer service, they will check what is wrong and give you kicks. You can do this deal several times as long as the kicks are still available on your account, but you have to purchase items again.
