Hi, I did this on May and I still haveing got my ID TAG? How long should it take ? I signed up for a lot of free samples and still havenât got them
Hi Marie! Did you check your spam folder? After you register, they will confirm your registration and let you know when your pets tags should arrive in email. As for the free samples, generally, I never expect to receive anything. And I sign up for a lot of stuff. So that when stuff does appear in the mailbox, itâs like a nice surprise. It generally takes 3 months from when you started to sign up for them frequently for stuff to start showing up consistently. Hope that helps.

I think I did it. I put in all my information & emergency contacts, both dogs info and pictures. but it didn’t say anything about the tags being shipped. it just acknowledged they they are both registered. I guess I have to wait and see… đ¤ˇđťââď¸
