Hi! The deals can vary by locations, sorry to hear your location isn’t offering it.
I think if the freebie is going to be posted make sure more than just people in those 3 locations can participate if not then don’t post it. Too much false hope on stuff like this, I asked my daughter if she wanted to do it until I realized it’s states and states away. Please do better if your going to post something, yes it may be your app but if you actually want it to do good then make sure not to do this again.
