I signed up for a similar promotion and never received my sample. However, I get loads of text messages and email from Cerave now. I send multiple requests to unsubscribe and cancel the text but I keep getting them. Unfortunately, still no sample has shown up.
I’m sorry to hear that. Usually, freebies take around 4-6 weeks from the day of the order to arrive. Please give it some more time. However, receiving free samples by mail is tricky. They’re not always guaranteed. In my experience, they arrive only about 40% of the time. My suggestion is to sign up for them and then forget about it. Then if something shows up, it’ll be a nice surprise. You can also use a free phone number from Google Voice when signing up for free sample offers. This will help you avoid using your personal phone number.
