The Apple Arcade says that the offer has expired. Even though on it says Feb 3rd. I even tried it for my husband and it says that same thing.

Hi Daniela! That’s strange. It should be free after redeeming the Circle offer/s. Is your Apple ID already associated with a free trial or subscription for the particular service you redeemed? I checked the offer terms and they mentioned that if that’s the case, then you won’t be eligible for the offer. That could be the reason you were charged. But if not then I would suggest reaching out to their customer service to let them know about what happened. I’m sure they would be able to help and give you a clearer answer. If you can, please keep us posted too!
If you, at any point, had any of those subscriptions (even a free trial) then you needed to get the codes from the Best Buy links since those are also for “returning” subscribers. I’ve done the free trials in the past and have used free codes in the past. The last time for me was last year. The Best Buy codes worked seamlessly for me since I am considered a “returning Subscriber.”
