Hey there Mallory! Just a friendly reminder that it’s best to stick with Air Wick’s own essential oils when using their diffusers. The chemical makeup of essential oils from other brands can vary greatly, so using a different brand could affect the scent and performance of the diffuser. While using oils from other brands may cause damage or malfunction. I hope other readers will share their own experiences too!
