Yes, Swagbucks, MyPoints, InboxDollar don’t allow the use of coupons. It is written in the terms for each deal posted there.

It is not a glitch. They have a limit of 2 submissions per month. Each submission is a version of the options they have for this deal. You could buy 4 of them and get 1600 SB ( 2x 800) or , as you did, buy 3 of them and get 1000 SB ( 1×800 and 1×200).
