      The coupons are released at 9am PST / 12pm EST on the first of every month.

      I was able to clip all 5 after refreshing and refreshing the site because there were too many people on the site. I notice that the coupons get released at the same time I receive the email from Sprouts.

        The coupon I clipped this morning is gone. Wonder if I clipped something from last month since it was before noon. šŸ™ˆšŸ¤£

        • Was it pork something? I still have it on my account, expires May 15. Sometimes their clipping process is not working. I would clip coupons and then error message will appear if I am long enough on the app to see it. So, I have to go back and clip them again. Maybe this what happened?

        It should post eventually. They spread out same post so itā€™s not too redundant and others may see yours later if they missed mine. šŸ™‚

        • It was posted apparently later in the day. My posts disappeared many times before from pending and then never appeared as posted, so I never know if my posts are going to be posted or not. It is ok, just sometimes donā€™t feel like posting now because of it. Especially time sensitive deals because by the time it is posted the deal can be gone. I am glad you reminded everyone about itšŸ˜‰

            Hi Natalie! Sorry you feel this way. The thing is we want to share the variety of deals and posting the same ones donā€™t look good inside the app. Itā€™s nothing personal. Plus it doesnā€™t mean we prefer someone elseā€™s deal over yours. We really appreciate your work here in the community and we value your time. I want to encourage you to continue posting. Also note that there are posting guidelines we established over time. The deals we encourage people to post are hauls and deals they’ve scored with pictures of actual products they’ve got. This doesn’t mean we won’t except screenshots or stock photos of course but we just prefer genuine pics.

            • Thank you, Helen! I check the app before posting anything in order not to repeat anyone. I have no way of knowing who has posted before me and is still waiting on queue for approval though. Pictures I use sometimes are screenshots, but they are to show the product or platform to find the deals. Like in this case, I am not going to jump early in the morning to rush to the store just to get genuine pictures without even knowing if I am able to clip any coupons, so I can inform others as a reminder that Sprouts coupons are coming before they all disappeared. It doesnā€™t make sense. So, I donā€™t know why are you telling me about pictures in this case. Did I ever post something not genuine? So, the preference is for us to make an actual purchase and then make a post, not just to inform others about deals that we come across or figure out?

              Oh! Sorry for the confusion. I feel you. I just mentioned the pics as one of the guidelines that we follow when posting deals. You can continue sending your tips, of course. They are really helpful to our readers and to us as a team. And yes, you cannot know if someone already submitted the deal before you but I just wanted to let you know that we usually separate the same deals so that they don’t look repetitive inside the app. Also, we sometimes choose which deal we will publish and which not due to high traffic and the quality of the deals itself. In that case, I want to apologize in advance, cause it’s really nothing personal.

            • In this case, there should be some type of notice to the users about what is happening to their posts instead of just removing them without explanation. I appreciate your response šŸ˜‰ Thank you!
